Oge began her primary education in London and later relocated to Nigeria with her parents. In Nigeria, she completed her primary education and was enrolled in Holy Rosary College, Nnewi, where she had her secondary education. Sequel to that, she got admission to study Theatre Arts at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Akwa.

Talents are almost impossible to hide; Oge’s star became so evident even before her entry into the university. She got involved in a couple of secondary school stage drama and never failed to wow her audience. It, however, didn’t come as a surprise when she got involved in theoretical activities from her first year in the university.

Her debut movie ‘’One Dollar’’, which was filmed in 2001, brought her the limelight. She also did a movie ‘’Sister Mary’’ in 2002 and it didn’t take long before she started having other acting major offers. She has taken up a lot of challenging roles and has not failed to do a perfect job. She has starred in over 100 movies, and she doesn’t plan to stop any time soon.

It came as a shock to Oge when her ex-husband remarried Nkiru Sylvanus, another prominent lady in the Nigerian movie industry. Oge is yet to remarry but is said to have been seen with one handsome young man on several occasions. She is very involved with her two children and takes out special days every other year to celebrate them. These occasions have been said to be lavish and utterly extravagant.
