Hon Oninubuariri Kingsley Obinna was born on June 17th, 1978. He is an indigene of Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. He was born into the family of Chief and Lolo C. Onwubuariri both of which are retired principals. He is an engineer and politician representing Isiala Mbano/Okigwe/Onuimo Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.

Hon Obinna began his primary education at Central school Umunachi, Osuh in Isiala-Mbano. He began his secondary school education at Aquinas Secondary School, Osuh and later on at Boy's Secondary School, New Owerri, Imo State and obtained the West African Senior Certificate (WASC). He proceeded to Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Business Engineering.

Hon Onwubuariri is the Chief Executive Officer of Paticus Global services limited, which has a staff strength of about 800 persons, including expatriates. He is also the chairman of Ellis suites limited, a 3-star hotel with a touch of uniqueness and excellence in service delivery in line with global practices. He is also the owner of MSK homes, a household name in the real estate industry and a director at Lekki court estate.

Hon Onwubuariri was in 2015 elected into the House of Representatives to represent Isiala Mbano/Okigwe/Onuimo Constituency under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).  He hopes to ensure effective legislative procedure and practice in the National Assembly. He is the youngest member of the House.

Hon Obinna got married to his wife, Ugochim, on April 17th, 2006 and they are blessed with three children. His siblings are Augustine Augustine Onwubuariri (brother), Chidimma J Onwubuariri Enwerem (sister) and Ugochi Onwubuariri (sister). He is a devoted Christain who believes in the actualization of God's word.
