Hon Danmazari was the Regional Manager of A. A. Rano Nigeria Ltd from the year 2002-2007; He became the E.D Operation of A. A. Rano in 2007 until 2012. He also served as the General Manager of Operation at A. Y. Shafa from 2012 to 2013 when he left the company to become the Managing Director of Mana Global Energy Ltd.

In 2015 he was elected into the Federal House of Representatives, where he represents the Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency of Katsina State under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). His legislative interests border on achieving his society demands and interacting with members of his constituency. He targets to solve the problem of the society.
