Hon Rabiu attended Government Secondary School (GSS) in Karaye, Kano State and graduated with a West African Senior Certificate (WASC) in 1981. He proceeded to ATC Gumel, Jigawa State and obtained a Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) in 1986.
