Honourable Tata Omar Zaki was born in 1963. He is an indigene of Zaki Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Nigeria. He is a businessman, politician and politician currently representing Zaki Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives.

Hon. Omar Tata Early Life

Hon. Omar obtained his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) in 1977 from Katagum Primary School in Katagum, Bauchi State. He proceeded to Government Secondary School, Azare, Bauchi where he obtained a Senior School Certificate in 1982. He proceeded to the Kaduna Polytechnic and obtained a diploma in 1989.

Hon. Omar Tata Career

Before joining politics, Hon. Omar worked as a High Agriculture Superintendent. He thereafter worked as a Special Adviser to the Governor of Bauchi State from 1999 to 2003. In 2015, he was elected under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to represent Zaki Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives. His legislative interests include youth empowerment and education and he hopes to achieve numerous legislative duties.
