Oseleye Dennis Ojuka was born on August 29th, 1956, in Kaduna State, Nigeria, to Pastor and Elder (Mrs.) Morland Dennis Ojuka who are members of the Dabiri Dennis Ojuka and Numbere Bobonari families respectively both from Buguma in Asari Toru local government area of Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian businessman and politician.

Ojuka is the CEO of Virgin Clean Global Enterprises Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The firm provides cleaning services for various industries. As a politician, he is a founding member of the People's Democratic Party in his local government area. After rifts with members of the party in the state, he decamped to the All Nigerian People's Party where he served as the Rivers State Secretary of the party from 2003 to 2006. He returned to the PDP in 2006 and contested for the party's governorship ticket in 2015. His bid was unsuccessful.
