Government Science and Technical College(GSTC), Area 3, Garki – Abuja was established in the year 2000 by the then of Department of Education, Federal Capital Development Authority Vocational Training Center(Now Federal Science and Technical College, Orozo – Abuja) to Federal Ministry of Education on 1st July 1991. In September 2001, the first set of student numbering seventy-five (75) were admitted and distributed into the existing 4 trades and academic activities began on 27th October 2001 with twelve (12) members of teaching staff and seven (07) supporting staff.
