 The Commission was set up by the founding fathers to bridge the gap between the elite and the down-trodden in the society. It was modeled to act as the bastion of justice for the "little man" who had no one or place to turn to for succour, just as it was conceived by the Swedes who originated it.

In recent times however, advancement in technology and globalization, has changed the way things are done. The middle class has been completely wiped out and the ever widening gap between the rich and the poor has caused disaffection in the society and consequently increased the work load of the Commission. So it no longer serves as the pillar of justice for just the proverbial little man, but as well as for everyone who runs to it for redress. Read more About Us
