Olorunda

Olorunda local government area is stationed in Osun state, South-west geopolitical division of Nigeria. The headquarters of the LGA reside in the town of Igbona with the LGA constituted of several towns and villages such as Oba Ife, Oba oke, Osolo, Odesola, Amusun, Awoniyi, Jagun, and Onigiliro. The current estimated population of Olorunda LGA is put at 179, 444 inhabitants with the area mostly populated by members of the Yoruba ethnic group. The Yoruba language is commonly spoken in the LGA while the religions of Christianity and Islam are widely practiced in the area.
